Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Engineer. This role requires expertise in bridge design, assessment, and strengthening.

  • Undertake thorough assessments of existing bridges to evaluate their condition, with a focus on Steel Composite and Pretension/Posttension structures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the most effective methods for strengthening and repairing bridges, ensuring compliance with UK standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop new bridge designs and strengthening solutions, adhering to UK standards and best practices.
  • Perform design and assessment checks under the guidance of a Senior or Principal Engineer.
  • Prepare and compile drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence within given deadlines, ensuring compliance with project briefs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MIDAS, LUSAS, Superstress, SAM, ARCHIE, and other computer-aided design software.
  • Strong knowledge of Bridge Design, Eurocodes, and UK CEng.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues and other teams.
