Job Title: Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Tester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to use their technical expertise to make a real difference in the world of cybersecurity.

Job Description:

This role involves conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network layers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, OWASP ZAP, Wireshark, and others.

  • Perform thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on various systems and networks.
  • Identify security issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities, and provide detailed risk analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with development, IT, and security teams to validate and mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (application, network, cloud, mobile, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and secure coding practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, eJPT, eCPPT, or similar.
