Financial Leadership Role

">About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our finance function and drive strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, reporting to senior management, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes in line with international and local standards.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial systems, internal controls, and processes.
  • Partner with teams to drive business growth, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Manage audits, liaise with auditors, and oversee banking and treasury functions.
Requirements:
  • CA (8-12 years PQE)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian compliance and international accounting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, FCRA, and board reporting.
  • Proven leadership, team, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel; system migration/automation a plus.
