Strategic Financial Leader

We seek an accomplished finance expert to join our team. As a key member of the commercial function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, leveraging your expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (EMEA & India shared service)
- Commercial Support & Business Partnering
- Month-End Close & Reporting
- Resource & Operational Analysis
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage and analyze P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, costing, and pricing.
- Extensive hands-on financial experience across multiple client engagements and service lines.
- Strong proficiency in commercial pricing and analytical tools.
- MBA or an equivalent Degree with FP&A and a strong accounting background
- At least 8 years' financial management experience preferably in multinational commercial environment with some audits experience an advantage
- Ability to manage growth and work effectively under tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is desirable
- Strong customer and business focused mindset.
