Role Summary
As a seasoned Finance Professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional results in the Financial Planning & Analysis domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and drive team-level objectives to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Lead process optimization and automation projects to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Manage monthly reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is provided to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, adhering to deadlines and explaining variances.
- Analyze departmental/functional cost center data and prepare management reports highlighting key indicators and metrics.
- Support annual budgets, mid-year reviews, and forecast processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and present financial presentations to leadership teams.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and practices, including IFRS.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous process improvement within the organization.

Requirements:
- Minimum 9-10 years of work experience in FP&A.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Analytical thinking ability and strong team player skills.
- Self-starter with a focus on process improvements.
- Balances stakeholder expectations, situational adaptability, manages complexities, and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA/MBA in Finance.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
- Power BI or related presentation tools.
