  11. Contribute to a culture of continuous process improvement within the organization.

You Will Be A Good Fit If:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9-10 years of work experience in FP&A.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Analytical thinking ability and strong team player skills.
  • Self-starter with a focus on process improvements.
  • Balances stakeholder expectations, situational adaptability, manages complexities, and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA/MBA in Finance.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Power BI or related presentation tools.
