Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
  • Implement cost control measures and track performance against budget targets to maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Optimize plant expenditures to achieve operational efficiency and minimize waste, driving bottom-line growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of cost structures to identify areas for reduction and implement improvements in tracking costs and allocation of overheads using activity-based costing.
  • Manage material procurement and processing, including review of production orders and preparation of variance by price and volume.
  • Prepare detailed cost sheets using process costing and maintain export pricing master to ensure accurate gross margin variance analysis.
  • Coordinate completion of reconciliations required for cost audits and manage plant audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • ICWA Qualified or Semi-Qualified / CMA Semi-Qualified with 5 years of experience in Costing and Plant Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and detail-oriented analytical skills.
