Job Overview

The company is a global leader in integrated manufacturing for performance-critical applications and a supplier of power products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:

Prepare, review and support management and financial accounts ensuring full compliance with group policies as well as IFRS and other group reporting requirements.

  • Management Accounting:

Conduct regular ITP markup reviews and ensure that new rates are updated correctly. Review month-end costing related reconciliations such as PPV, COGS and inventory etc. Conduct budget and forecast variance analysis to improve the company's bottom line.

  • Business Partner:

Use commercial, analytical, and financial expertise to aid decision making by analyzing margin variances and recommending improvement plans to achieve operational and financial goals.

  • Systems Development:

Develop an advanced working knowledge of ERP system - Epicor and business processes used in the business with focus on improvement. Support the implementation of best practice on business processes and financial reporting.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

Provide valuable inputs during annual budgeting process including revenue and SCM by OEMs and Opex by cost centres etc. Jointly review and deliver monthly rolling forecasts.

  • Working Capital and Cash Flow Management:

Actively involved in regular working capital and cash flow forecast exercise and contribute to reducing working capital to a minimum and thereby maximizing cash. Understand cash needs of the business and review this regularly.
