To lead financial strategy and operations of the hotel, providing accurate and timely analysis, ensuring asset safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and development of the finance team, in alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial input in formulation and implementation of the Hotel's Strategic Plan, Annual Budget, and other long-term financial planning exercises, maximizing cash flow performance through effective cost control, revenue management, and capital planning.
  • Establish robust internal controls and financial procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of all revenues, expenses, and asset management, safeguarding hotel assets through proper accounting, auditing, and reporting procedures.
  • Maintain transparent and ethical relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and financial partners, promoting mutually beneficial partnerships essential to the long-term success of the hotel.
  • Deliver accurate, timely financial and operating reports, providing analysis, interpretations, and forward-looking projections, ensuring compliance with the company's Finance Manual and aligning reporting with brand and ownership expectations.
  • Ensure that the hotel's financial operations comply with local laws, rules, and regulations, seeking legal counsel as necessary regarding financial practices, contracts, and other regulatory matters.
  • Ensure proper safekeeping and accessibility of all financial records, including contracts, leases, and legal documentation, leading the development of all Finance associates, identifying training needs, and facilitating training opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships and act as primary liaison with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and legal consultants, coordinating and supporting internal and external audits and ensuring timely resolution of findings.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in a senior financial management role, preferably in luxury hospitality or hotel operations
  • Deep understanding of hospitality finance operations, local regulatory compliance, and financial controls
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams
  • Experience in working with financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools
  • High integrity, business acumen, and a commitment to excellence
