Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Executive who will play a key role

in helping clients achieve their financial goals through structured and comprehensive financial

planning. He/she supports financial planning and analysis function by preparing financial plans,

analysing data, generating reports, and co-ordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Financial Assessment and analysis: Conduct detailed assessments of clients' current

financial status. Understand clients' short-term and long-term financial goals such as

retirement, education planning

∙Comprehensive Financial Planning: Prepare and present holistic financial plans

tailored to individual client profiles. Recommend appropriate strategies across

budgeting, investment allocation, insurance coverage, tax optimization, and estate

planning

∙Report Presentation: Preparing Presentations or visual summaries of financial plans

and explaining it to the clients if needed

∙Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure all financial reporting complies with

regulatory requirements and internal standards

∙Continuous Learning and Market Awareness: Stay updated on financial products,

investment options, and market trends. Use insights to enhance the quality and

relevance of client reports.

Qualifications:

∙Any bachelor's degree preferred in commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related

field.

∙Excellent Listening & communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships

∙Strong attention to detail and continuous learner. Ability to create reports with

accuracy

∙Typing skills – Intermediate, MS Excel - Advanced
