Job Description

We're looking for an individual who can own and streamline accounts, P&L, and financial systems across multiple properties. This role is critical in ensuring leadership has clear visibility on numbers, and in providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain accuracy in Tally or Zoho Books, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
  • Build systems to improve management visibility and team performance.
  • Deliver clear reporting and insights on revenue, costs, and profitability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven background in finance and accounts, with expertise in Tally or Zoho Books. Hospitality industry experience is a strong plus. You'll also need leadership ability to mentor and manage a junior accountant.
