Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a financial planning and analysis manager at a leading organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting finance and business stakeholders.

This is an individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify causes of any unexpected variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
  • Provide ad-hoc business performance reporting and implement additional dashboard reports and control reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge and experience with data analytics tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with management reporting.
