Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

The FP&A Business Analyst is a key member of our finance team, responsible for driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
As an FP&A Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial models, monitor targets, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Create annual budgets and financial models to drive business growth.
- Monitor targets and course corrections against plan vs actual.
- Publish regular Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Conduct deep revenue analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Carry out periodic data reconciliation and work closely with insurers and sales teams.
- CA/MBA finance with 5+ years of experience ideally in the technology sector.
- Strong data gathering and manipulation skills.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with editorial expertise.
- Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
