Experience: 10 to 15 years
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
Drive business growth via different banks by acquiring and activating new merchants.
Target revenue and product penetration.
Manage key banks, drive assigned targets, and implement solutions across mapped banks.
Define metrics for monitoring performance and effectiveness of existing alliances.
Develop strong relationships with key influencers and business heads for assigned banks.
Ensure higher engagement with banks for sell with, sell to, and sell through strategies of CAMSPay.
Work closely with the product team to identify TSP opportunities and build technology solutions.
Track leads generated from partners, participate in RFP's, and report progress to internal MIS.
Stay informed of the payment industry landscape, competitions, and client requirements.
Qualification:
10+ years of overall experience, 4-5 years in fintech payment/Banks space, with existing networks with banks.
Business acumen, customer orientation, and ability to work independently with measurable business results.
Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers, MIS.
Ability to think strategically and influence cross-functional teams.
