Senior Alliance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Alliance Manager to join our team at Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting.
As a Senior Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and activation of new merchants for our banking alliance partners.
Your primary goal will be to ensure business growth through different banking channels.
You will handle key banks and drive assigned targets in those banks.
Key responsibilities include pre-sales, commercial negotiations, agreement delivery, and implementation of solutions across mapped banks.
You will also define metrics for monitoring performance and effectiveness of existing alliances.
A strong relationship with key influencers, senior decision-makers, and business heads in assigned banks is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the payment industry landscape, competitions, and client requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 4-5 years in fintech payment/Banks space
- Existing networks with banks, both public and private sector
- Business acumen and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and create/executing partnerships/alliances
- Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers, MIS
- Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams
