Strategic Alliance Manager

Zycus is seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic alliances in the APAC region. As a Manager - Strategic Alliance, you will be responsible for building and managing complex relationships with top-tier consulting organizations and system integrators. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying key account managers and influencing them to work with Zycus. You will also be responsible for driving partner enablement programs, training partners to work independently with Zycus' suite, and planning marketing programs to promote alliances in the assigned region. Your role will be critical in driving revenue growth through alliances, account-based marketing, and joint field marketing programs.
Responsibilities:- Create, manage, and grow the alliances ecosystem for all business territories in the APAC market.
- Hunt and nurture potential partners and resellers in your territories.
- Build and manage complex networks of relationships within these organizations, identify key account managers for major deals, and influence them to work with Zycus.
- Support sales to generate a good pipeline of new opportunities with the help of these alliance relationships.
- Drive partner enablement programs and trainings to help partners become ready to deal with Zycus' suite independently.
- Plan and drive marketing programs, news letters, etc. for alliances assigned regionally/locally.
- Handle internal and external coordination, legal agreements with new/existing partners, finance payment advice, status of project milestones, cadence calls, RFX response scouting for partners, and creating the data pool.
- Reporting and data collection - creating and managing reports in Salesforce and alliances-related data handling.
- Handling Zycus demo setup and issues, Litmos access to new partners, Litmos access issues, and Litmos new course assignment.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is a must.
- Must have a thorough understanding of alliance relationships in international business scenarios (local/regional/global) and should be able to drive these relationships with sales to close large deals.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of complex enterprise deals and partner influencers and relationship management.
- Ability to work with regional sales teams collaboratively driving complex enterprise deals.
