
HR Business Partner

A senior professional is needed to provide support and guidance in the implementation of various business programs. This person will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead business programs in partnership with internal teams.
- Analyse and provide insights on all programs, offering support to regional teams and external organisations.
- Process input and design, including running audits to ensure program effectiveness.
- Partnering with other departments to ensure the success of business programs and garner support on global projects/initiatives.
- Facilitating two-way best practice sharing within the organisation.
- Supporting teams in driving business programs with data-driven insights/audits: Talent Review, Performance Management, Performance ratings, GIS, G4G, Promotions, Merit cycle, Performance management, Periodic Business Reviews, Ad hoc data requests.
- Preparing content for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Establishing and maintaining strong connections with the people manager population.
- Working closely with people managers to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.
- Proactively understanding what analysis needs to be done to provide a narrative to leaders on their overall org health
- Onboarding, leading, and coaching fellow professionals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience required: 5-7 years
- Efficiently managing extensive data sets, conducting analyses, deriving insights, and creating impactful presentations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present viewpoints.
- Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and the workforce.
- Demonstrating curiosity and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
- Bringing a positive attitude and a professional presence to the role.
- Exhibiting multitasking abilities and project management expertise.
- Demonstrating ability to be a self-starter and proactive.
- Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, including handling highly sensitive data.
- Ability to ramp up quickly, recognising the unique culture, and proactively helping identify issues/areas of development.
- General knowledge of employment policies and practices.
- Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices
