Job Summary

Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring that all matters are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into complaints or grievances, using discretion and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive information.
Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Benefits Administration:
  • Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
