**Job Opportunity:** Elite Relationship Manager-business Banking

As an Elite Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers. This involves providing individualized customer service, understanding their financial needs, and identifying opportunities to expand the banking relationship.

To excel in this role, you must have a very good understanding of trade and forex, as well as commercial assets such as credit cards, overdrafts, and term loans. Knowledge of merchant financing and insurance is also an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for achieving results. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain banking relationships with high net worth customers
  • Provide individualized customer service to meet their financial needs
  • Identify opportunities to expand the banking relationship through cross-selling and upselling bank products
  • Work closely with other groups to provide seamless access to other products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
