This is an Inbound Voice Process wherein the officer will receive 70-80 calls on daily basis on an

average.

The Officer will also be responsible for 2-3 sales achievement on daily basis.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Rotational shifts

Shift Timing: - Male candidates (24/7 rotational shifts) & Female (Morning & afternoon shifts) and 2

week offs (spilt offs).

Key Responsibilities:


• Displaying complete onus to customers queries / problems


• Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy,


• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) in Customer Service roles


• Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors


• Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders


• Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer

satisfaction scores


• Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by


• Complying to service and sales guidelines


• Achieving Call Quality targets


• Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time


• Cross-sell / upsell set products like


• Loans and mortgages


• Priority / Elite / HNI accounts
