Job Title: Jewellery HR Head

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to oversee the domestic and Middle East division.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with experience in manufacturing setups, especially gems and jewellery or related industries. They should bring a proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented approach to talent development, compliance, employee engagement, and organisational growth.

Detailed Role Expectations and Requirements

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function for approximately 400+ employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership to drive culture, performance, and organisational values.
  • Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and all required norms.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
  • Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.
  • Align HR strategy with business scalability, automation, and expansion plans.
  • Develop a learning and development plan for teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.

Educational Background:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
