Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team by setting clear objectives, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
    Oversee the strategic planning of global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    Own the governance of HR policies, conduct regular audits to ensure readiness, and oversee end-to-end administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    Champion employee experience through initiatives that promote well-being, such as office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
    Embed company culture through workshops, leadership forums, and signature events that foster engagement and alignment.
    Design and approve the total rewards framework, which includes salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communications that motivate and retain top talent.
    Prioritize and review learning and development programs, focusing on curriculum design, certification tracking, and impact reporting to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Post-Graduation or Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institution is required.
    At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze performance for data-driven decision-making are essential.
    Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems are necessary tools for success.
    Effective leadership and communication skills, including verbal and written communication, are crucial to engage and influence all organizational levels.
