We are seeking a highly skilled Business Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and providing support throughout the implementation process.

  • 7+ years of experience in techno-functional business analysis with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
  • Exposure to working with data warehouses, regulatory reporting frameworks, and anti-financial crime (AFC) and transaction monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared services, or the finance industry.
  • Possessing work exposure in transaction monitoring on different products, regions, and being well-versed in AML regulations.
  • Experience in a banking/wealth management domain and/or related support functions, including understanding of products, business, and operational processes.
