About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our inside sales team and call centre, managing a team of 50+ agents and supervisors. You'll be responsible for driving revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies, building and inspiring your team to exceed sales goals, and developing performance-focused coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership: Drive and achieve revenue targets for core offerings.
  2. Build, lead, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  3. Develop and execute performance-focused coaching and incentives programs.
  4. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and productivity.
  5. Sales Strategy & CRM: Leverage CRM tools to manage customer cohorts, tailor scripts, and optimize outreach.
  6. Create data-driven campaigns that maximize customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience in call centre/inside sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven P&L management experience and a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, analytics tools, and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
