We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Speaker and Business Developer to join our team at Taskar - India's 1st Healthcare Mall. As a key member of our sales and education department, you will be responsible for delivering engaging workshops, seminars, and webinars to high net worth individuals (HNIs) and middle-class entrepreneurs.
About the Role:
- You will spearhead online workshops, focusing on investment and subscription, tailored to meet the needs of HNIs and SMEs.
- Develop and deliver dynamic content, maintaining high energy levels and participant engagement throughout sessions.
- Drive lead generation and conversion, converting interest into franchise bookings and sales-qualified leads.
- Travel to assigned territories, if required, to deliver sessions and participate in events.
- Continuously update and innovate seminar/webinar content to align with current Taskar models and TSE business verticals.
- Create compelling YouTube content highlighting the latest healthcare trends and educational content for a broader audience.
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Hindi and English.
- Graduation degree from Journalism, BBA, or MBA institutions is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in public speaking, with a strong portfolio of previous engagements in workshops, seminars, or related events.
- Possession of exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside notable interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, environments, and technological advancements.
- Sales mindset and ability to effectively communicate Taskar's offerings, driving interest and achieving sales targets.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Work Environment: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Delhi/Lucknow, with the possibility of traveling within the assigned territory as needed. The role requires a 6-day workweek, with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
