Business Development Representative

NuMode is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the healthcare sector. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to leverage their sales expertise and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative who can identify potential clients, develop strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients within the healthcare sector, focusing on key industries and organizations.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Pitching: Showcase NuMode's value proposition and differentiators to clients, highlighting the benefits of our product and services.
- FOLLOW-UP: Engage with clients through timely follow-ups, reinforcing the value and benefits of NuMode's product and services.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the Pharma or Manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Expertise in lead generation and conversion, with a focus on outside sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
