    • - Oversee the hospital's website, ensuring a user-friendly experience with relevant, up-to-date content.\r
    • - Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.\r

  • Social Media Management:\r

    • - Manage and create content for all hospital social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).\r
    • - Engage with the community through social media campaigns, posts, and responses.\r

  • Content Creation and Management:\r
    • \r
    • - Plan, create, and oversee engaging content across digital channels, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and infographics.\r
    • - Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to create educational and promotional materials.\r

  • Digital Advertising:\r

    • - Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.\r
    • - Monitor and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.\r

  • Analytics and Reporting:\r

    • - Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns.\r
    • - Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign outcomes, and actionable insights.\r

  • Patient Engagement:\r

    • - Develop strategies for online patient engagement, including email marketing, surveys, and community forums.\r
    • - Monitor online reviews and manage the hospital's reputation on platforms such as Google Reviews, Yelp, and Healthgrades.\r

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\r
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.\r
  • Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and achieving measurable results.\r
  • Technical skills in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.), website management tools (CMS, WordPress), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).\r
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.\r
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.\r
