Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is ₹10-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to handle client accounts in our company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of our income, and you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
  • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and develop new relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Handhold with customers till revenue realization.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Experience in handling key accounts.
