Job Description
">Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the mortgage lending business from the ground up. This involves acquiring new clients and fostering repeat business and referrals from existing clients. The candidate will conduct daily meetings and sales calls with prospective clients in the real estate sector to source new opportunities. Additionally, they will ensure the acquisition of customers who meet our segmentation norms.

- Participate in business development initiatives and contests">
The successful candidate will also build relationships with real estate agents, home builders, developers, attorneys, professional organizations, bankers, direct sales associates, channel partners, etc. They will source new business opportunities through regular meetings and resolve any issues promptly. The candidate will also review client requirements and monitor the relationship from initiation to closure.
