Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction, and securing repeat business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure adherence to sales processes.
  • Penetrate new markets and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
  • Foster channel development and networking skills to achieve channel sales.

Requirements:

  • MBA & Graduate with 2 – 5 years of industry experience.
  • Good knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets is an added advantage.
  • MFD Certified.

Skillset:

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Channel sales performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to think creatively, and have a strong understanding of financial markets and products. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
