As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in sales management and business development, with a strong focus on expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Expansion Manager to lead our sales efforts and develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and business development
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
