Senior Talent Acquisition Leader – Delivery

Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our end-to-end recruitment delivery for large-scale blue collar workforce requirements across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Critical Delivery Management: Direct and oversee bulk hiring delivery operations for blue collar mandates across international markets.
  • Hiring Model Development: Manage high-volume recruitment efficiently by designing scalable hiring models.
  • Talent Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale delivery teams across domestic and international markets.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance: Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of international candidates while maintaining compliance with labor laws.
  • Business Growth & Collaboration: Partner with sales/business development teams to support international client acquisition with strong delivery strategies.

Essential Requirements:

  • 12–18 years of experience in blue collar/volume hiring delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations across international markets.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing channels for blue collar talent (local mobilization agencies, overseas recruitment partners, digital platforms).
