Role Overview

The Business Head – Delivery will lead and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for large-scale workforce requirements across the Middle East and European countries.

This role demands operational excellence, client management, and team leadership capabilities to ensure adherence to international standards and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Delivery Management: Drive large-scale hiring delivery operations for blue-collar mandates.
  • Design scalable hiring models for international high-volume recruitment.
  • Build strong global client relationships and deliver on service level agreements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale delivery teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive productivity, motivation, and employee engagement within recruitment teams.
  • Ensure robust training and capability-building for sourcing and delivery teams.
  • Process & Compliance: Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of international candidates.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Growth & Collaboration: Partner with sales/business development teams to support international client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 12–18 years of experience in blue-collar/volume hiring delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations.
  • Strong leadership, client management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing channels for blue-collar talent.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and visa processing regulations.
