Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to coordinating interviews using job portals and AI tools.
  • Support employee onboarding, including virtual onboarding, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Communicate with clients to gather hiring needs, share updates, and ensure professional coordination.
  • Assist in learning and development initiatives using AI-enabled platforms and prepare HR analytics reports for hiring, engagement, and performance insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional email and meeting etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Awareness of modern HR trends – AI-driven hiring, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and AI-enabled platforms (Recruiter AI, HireVue).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
