The Business Head – Delivery will lead and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for large-scale blue collar workforce requirements.
This role demands operational excellence, client management, and team leadership capabilities to ensure adherence to international standards and cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Delivery Management: Manage bulk hiring delivery operations for blue collar mandates.
- Design scalable hiring models for high-volume recruitment.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale delivery teams.
- Drive performance, productivity, and motivation within recruitment teams.
- Ensure robust training and capability-building for sourcing and delivery teams.
- Process Compliance: Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of international candidates.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and client standards.
- Business Growth Collaboration: Partner with sales/business development teams to support international client acquisition.
Key Requirements:
- 12–18 years of experience in blue collar/volume hiring delivery.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations.
- Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of sourcing channels for blue collar talent.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and visa processing.
