Job Description:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and coach a team of Recruitment consultants to achieve exceptional results. Your primary responsibility is to manage various hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-of-hire, and revenue-per-hiring.

You will be responsible for delivering on target closure numbers while guiding your team to meet their targets through coaching, mentoring, and training.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.

Key responsibilities include identifying prospective candidates using various channels, handling a team of recruiters for hiring, designing quality check processes, judging candidate suitability, and adhering to guidelines and standards.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited talent pools.
  • Utilize cost-effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Other key responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements, liaising and coordinating between clients and candidates, conducting confidential interviews, following up references, researching clients' companies, and researching competitors and the marketplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role as Team Leader/Manager.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Good knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Team player and team leader.
