Position Title: Senior Manager Business Development
Job Overview: Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for large-scale blue collar workforce requirements across various industries.
This role focuses on managing delivery for clients across the Middle East and European countries, ensuring adherence to international standards, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements in overseas staffing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Delivery Management: Oversee bulk hiring delivery operations for blue collar mandates across Middle East and European markets.
- Hiring Model Design: Develop scalable hiring models to manage international high-volume recruitment efficiently.
- Client Relationship Building: Build strong global client relationships to understand workforce requirements and deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale delivery teams across domestic and international markets.
- Process & Compliance: Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of international candidates.
- Business Growth & Collaboration: Partner with sales/business development team to support international client acquisition with strong delivery strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 12–18 years of experience in blue collar/volume hiring delivery, preferably in staffing, HR outsourcing, or recruitment firms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations across Middle East and/or European markets.
- Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
