Circle Business Growth Head

The Circle Business Growth Head is responsible for driving growth in the Circle by working with his team of Centre Heads, RMs, and Credit Analysts. Ensures that overall growth is achieved across key parameters without compromising on the quality of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the Commercial Banking business for the Circle across key metrics by working with RMs and Credit Analysts
- Maintaining and deepening the relationship with assets & liability customers
- Ensuring new quality customers are onboarded, while maintaining the health of the existing portfolio
- Monitoring the portfolio and ensuring resolution of stressed portfolio by working with the Collections Team
- Participating in the Credit Committee discussions as a part of the sanctioning process
- Driving, training, and motivating teams in Centres to achieve growth across key metrics
- Driving implementation and adoption of business initiatives
- Ensuring all activities in the Circle comply with Audit & Risk guidelines
- Interacting with product & operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to the customer
- Ensuring deeper relationships via cross-selling other products via a team of SME RMs
- Coordinating for manpower recruitment and onboarding of employees in the Geography

- Management graduates with a significant experience in leading/managing large teams
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Good understanding of the Commercial Banking business
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language
- Understanding of Credit
