Job Title: Circle Head

The Circle Head is a key role in Axis Bank, responsible for driving business growth in the Circle. This position requires a strong leader who can work with the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the Circle.
  • Lead and manage a team of Centre Heads, RMs, and Credit Analysts to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure overall growth is achieved across key parameters without compromising on the quality of the portfolio.
  • Monitor the portfolio and ensure resolution of stressed portfolio by working with the Collections Team.
  • Participate in the Credit Committee discussions as a part of the sanctioning process.
  • Drive, train, and motivate teams in Centres to achieve growth across key metrics.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of business initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities in the Circle comply with Audit & Risk guidelines.
  • Interact with product & operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to the customer.
  • Ensure deeper relationships via cross-selling other products via a team of SME RMs.
Qualifications:
  • Management graduates with a significant experience in leading/managing large teams.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Good understanding of the Commercial Banking business.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language.
  • Understanding of Credit.
  • Leadership skills.
