About the Role:
Saksham Impex Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for food and beverage products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth in the region.

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including distributors, dealers, and retailers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG market and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Salary: ₹ 10,00,000 - ₹ 15,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
