Corporate Accountant

Krishna Properties & Developers Private Limited seeks a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle daily accounting tasks, voucher entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally ERP, and possess good knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voucher Preparation & Entry
- Prepare and record debit and credit vouchers accurately in Tally ERP.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all financial transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations to match ledger balances.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in bank transactions.
- Material Register Update & Reconciliation
- Maintain and update the material register with accurate entries.
- Reconcile material records with purchase and stock data.
- Supplier Ledger Reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and ledgers.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment or statement discrepancies.
- Financial Document Management
- Maintain hard copies of bank statements, supplier invoices, and vouchers.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records for audit purposes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: 10th with 60% marks in Mathematics.
- Commerce background (+2 & +3) with relevant coursework in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: Prior experience in Tally ERP is required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Key Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic communication and coordination skills for vendor and internal interactions.
