Job Description – National Sales Head (Corporate Sales)

Location: Gurugram / Bhubaneswar

Experience: Minimum 10 Years (Preferably in Corporate Sales )

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our Corporate Sales for the Solar Division. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B Sales,Any Direct Sales with a strong ability to directly approach corporate clients, build long-term business relationships, and drive large-scale solar module sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Business Development:

Directly approach and engage with corporate clients, large enterprises, and institutions to promote solar products.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand corporate partnerships and increase revenue.

Identify new B2B opportunities and establish long-term business collaborations.

Drive bulk sales of solar modules to corporate clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial buyers, and key decision-makers.

Negotiate and finalize high-value corporate deals for solar module procurement.

Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue & Sales Performance:

Ensure consistent revenue growth by achieving and exceeding corporate sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, optimize pricing strategies, and improve profitability.

Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the solar industry.

Proven track record in direct corporate sales, bulk solar module sales, and key account management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle large-scale corporate deals and high-value transactions
