Sales Team Head

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Business Development Associates & sales representatives to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Proven experience of 1+ years in managing a sales team
- An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills
- Apart from good English proficiency, individuals with any of the following as native language Telugu
