Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Directly responsible for selling residential properties to individuals, driving sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Team Leadership: In-charge of leading and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets and improve overall sales performance.
  • Broker Network Development: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers in the SOBO Market, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our network.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing efforts, collections, and work progress at site as required by management.
  • Booking and Payment Processing: Oversee the processing of bookings, payments, cancellations, and other related transactions.
  • Client Representation: Negotiate offers for real estate purchases on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with various departments, including Accounts and Architect, to ensure seamless approval processes and efficient sales operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales software and technology, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
