About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead and manage strategic partnerships with real estate companies, driving sales growth and revenue expansion. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key partners, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-potential real estate channel partners that align with our business objectives
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel at partner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute joint business plans, meeting or exceeding assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Proactively assess and address partner needs, providing value-added solutions and services to drive mutual success
- Sell through partner organizations to end-users, working closely with partner sales resources to ensure alignment and cooperation
- Foster excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to manage potential channel conflicts and adhere to established channel rules of engagement
- Develop and implement effective solution development strategies, coordinating with company and partner personnel to best address end-user needs

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-8 years of experience in real estate, distribution, or interior design companies, with a proven track record of success in channel sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving consensus and achieving shared goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop informed recommendations
