We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join Codem Inc. in the US market.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, sourcing leads, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and tailored software solutions.

About You:

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. With 6-10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the eCommerce software services or IT industry, you will have a thorough knowledge of the entire outbound marketing process.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Marketing, Lead Generation, and Prospecting:
    • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in our target markets.
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads.
    • Leverage CRM tools and platforms to track prospects, sales activities, and pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and propose customized software solutions that align with their business goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client discussions and negotiations.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Create and adjust our overall lead generation process, including the potential use of AI tools to make this the most scalable sales process.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Present and demonstrate software services, including custom development, integrations, and consulting services.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFPs tailored to client requirements.
    • Closed deals and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams for execution.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitive landscape.
    • Monitor competitor activities and use insights to refine value propositions and strategies.
    Your Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience doing outbound BD for Software services in the US market.
    • Experience working in teams doing outbound selling.
    • Thorough knowledge of the entire outbound marketing process.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate and close B2B sales deals.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
