Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic HR Director to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Key areas of focus include:

  • HR Strategy & Implementation:
    • Determine the effectiveness of current HR processes, frameworks, and digital tools across departments.
    • Develop and implement new HR processes, frameworks, and digital tools as needed.
  • Policy Formulation & Governance:
    • Establish, revise, and standardize HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Ensure consistent implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
  • Compliance & Legal:
    • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance (labour laws).
    • Liaise with legal and compliance bodies during audits or inspections.
  • Performance Management & Organizational Development:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate training and development plans in collaboration with department heads.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Champion employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the IT or service industry.
