Job Title: Director of Manufacturing Excellence

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing Excellence to lead our manufacturing operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production output gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to sustainability and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) targets by implementing robust risk management processes.
  • Take full P&L accountability for manufacturing operations and drive revenue growth through operational efficiency and cost reduction programs.
  • Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives and develop high-performance teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Operations Management or a related field.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in Food, API, or FMCG manufacturing, with at least 12 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, vendor relations, and compliance oversight skills.
