Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Kerala, India. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to improve efficiency, managing and leading teams, and ensuring service quality standard compliance.

  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Team Management and Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Budgeting
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology industry is beneficial
