WE'RE HIRING: Paid Advertising Director

Harmoney Agency is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Paid Advertising Director to lead high-performing digital campaigns for both local and international clients. If you're passionate about performance, fluent in advertising platforms, and have strong leadership capabilities — we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, , etc.)
  • Manage and optimize large advertising budgets with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Analyze data and campaign results to drive decisions based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and other KPIs.
  • Lead, train, and grow a team of media buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and creative teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and apply new tools or tactics to enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale ad budgets (over $100,000/month is a plus).
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and other performance tools.
  • Growth hacking mindset with a strong focus on data.
  • Agency background is preferred.
