**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored ad strategies.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and keyword targeting to ensure the best use of resources.
- Report on campaign performance with detailed analytics and insights.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and platform updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be based in Kerala.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid ads, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven experience managing multiple ad campaigns across various clients and industries.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media ad platforms.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make recommendations.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
